Frames
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for the normal useful life of the product. The item must remain in its original upholstered cover. After the first year, this warranty covers replacement parts only.
Spring Systems
5 Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects and breakage caused by material failure or workmanship. Following the first year of ownership, the warranty is limited to replacement parts only.
Mechanisms
3 Year Limited Warranty
Protects against material or manufacturing defects. For years two and three, the warranty coverage applies to replacement parts only.
Cushions & Foam
1 Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects related to a loss of resiliency. Please note that the natural softening or flattening of foam and fibers is a normal characteristic of premium furniture and is not considered a defect.
Fabric & Tailoring
1 Year Limited Warranty
Covers tailoring and workmanship against defects including seam slippage and fraying. This does not cover fading due to sunlight or improper cleaning methods.
Submitting a Claim
All warranties are non-transferable. To initiate a claim, please contact your original retail dealer. Proof of purchase, including the original bill of sale and delivery date, is required.
StyleHaus Furniture reserves the right to repair or replace any product deemed defective at its sole discretion.
Care & Maintenance
General Upholstery
Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Avoid direct sunlight and dry environments, which can cause fabrics to fade or leathers to crack.
Microgel & Feather Care
Microgel is a premium synthetic down. To maintain its loft, cushions require frequent “mechanical lofting”—vigorous fluffing and shaking to redistribute fibers and prevent clumping.
Cushion Rotation
Flip and rotate loose cushions weekly. This ensures even wear across the foam and minimizes the natural softening that occurs in frequently used seating areas.
